Naples MHS Staff Works to Give Better Feedback

This week, teachers at Naples MHS participated in a half-day training session as part of our school's Continuous School Improvement (CSI) effort. This training focused on Action 3 of the School’s Action Plan (SAP) for supporting students by focusing on delivering immediate and meaningful standards-based feedback to students. Teachers hosted breakout sessions on how they provide standards-based feedback in their classrooms. After the sessions, teacher groups participated in a jigsaw activity to reflect on and synthesize their learning (to share with others). Thank you to our educators for trying new instructional strategies and taking time to reflect on how we support our students!
