Naples Middle High School has shared the second-semester exam schedule and important end-of-year dates for the 2025-2026 school year. Senior exams will take place May 26 to 28, grades 7 to 11 exams will take place June 3 to 8, and Chromebook collection will be June 8 to 9.

Seventh-grade science students recently designed and built pizza box solar ovens as part of their study of electromagnetic radiation. The project helped students explore how sunlight, visible light, and infrared radiation can be absorbed, reflected, and trapped to create heat.

Our Naples MHS Wildcats represented well during DoWEA Europe Spring Euros. Girls' soccer reached the Division II championship match, boys' soccer earned a spot in the Division II third-place match, baseball and softball competed in the Division II/III tournament play, and track and field athletes posted several strong performances at the European championships.

AP Government and Politics students recently participated in a Moot Court simulation focused on a pending United States Supreme Court case. Students evaluated constitutional arguments, analyzed precedents, and developed legal reasoning.

This week, the 2026 yearbook was distributed during lunch with a DJ, signing station, and plenty of smiles. Students who have not received their book should stop by Room 211 before Friday, and families interested in purchasing a book can join the waiting list through Jostens.

Congratulations to Cadet Lieutenant Commander Marin S, who relieved Cadet Lieutenant Commander Sasha M as the 32nd Commanding Officer of the NJROTC Unit at Naples Middle High School.

The third Pops in the Park concert took place on Tuesday, May 26, and featured performances from the NMHS bands and high school choir. Students performed a medley of movie theme songs outside, celebrated their growth this school year, and recognized music letter recipients, scholarship winners, and outgoing seniors.

Good news! Extra yearbooks are available for purchase in Room 211 until Friday, June 5, or while supplies last. Books cost $ 100 and may be purchased with cash or by check made out to NMHS SAF.

Students are invited to help decorate the school garden shed by painting a flower and adding their name. The activity will take place after school on Tuesday (6/2) in the garden from 15:00 to 16:00, and students will need to arrange their own transportation home.
