The NOSC Education Scholarship will award 2,000 dollars to three graduating seniors and one dependent or spouse. Eligible applicants must be connected to the Naples community and plan to attend or be enrolled in an accredited trade or technical school, college, or university by the March 26 midnight deadline.

Registration for the school year 26 27 is now open, and all parents and sponsors must log in to the DoDEA Student Information System DSIS Family Portal to indicate whether their student is returning next year. The 2026 Past Is Prologue Essay Contest is open for students ages 11 to 18, including homeschool students, with essays due by May 3, 2026, at 10:00 p.m. MDT. This year’s theme asks students to examine the alliance with France during a selected period of American military history and connect its lessons to their own lives and future.

Naples Middle High School recently hosted a College and Career Fair. The event welcomed students and families in grades 9 through 12 and included more than 30 international colleges and universities, along with representatives from the U S Army and U S Coast Guard.

On Thursday, March 19, the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) will be given at the school. Students who are interested should stop by the NJROTC for more information.

NMHS seniors have several upcoming events from March through graduation, including a St Patrick’s potluck on March 17 and senior cap decorating on April 30th. The senior trip is on April 28. Key late-May events include the senior recognition ceremony and the checkout-day movie matinee, followed by graduation practice on June 3 and graduation on June 4.

The junior class is sponsoring a Rock, Paper, Scissors Challenge on Tuesday, March 17, to add fun and school spirit before spring break. Students will collect green beads by winning games during passing periods and at lunch, with the final winner earning a $ 25 NEX gift card.
