We are proud to announce that Naples Middle High School has been named a Platinum school on the AP School Honor Roll, the highest level of recognition from the College Board. This honor reflects both strong AP exam results and broad access to advanced coursework for our students. Congratulations to our Wildcats, staff, and parent support for this outstanding achievement.
Spring Sports Start Next Week
Many of our spring sports will start next week. Interested student-athletes should have an active physical on file and a completed medical supplemental form. Please see our article below for more information, or visit our club/activity section of the Wildcat News for contact information. Note that Track and Field is the only sport open to MS students (on a space available basis).
A Note from Mrs. Pellecchia, our Naples Middle/High School Registrar (Grades 7-12)
The re-registration process for SY 26/27 will open on Wednesday (2/25). New student registration will be closed from 2/25 to 3/11. If a student needs to be registered while new student registration is unavailable, the sponsor must contact the school directly. School Procedures
DoWEA School Dress Code
Students MUST wear:
- Tops with sleeves (sleeveless tops/dresses are permitted for school sponsored formal events such as prom)
- Solid clothing (not transparent or translucent) that fully covers the top and bottom from armpit to mid-thigh
- Shoes (shoes must be safe for the school environment)
- Bedroom slippers shall not be worn, except for school activities approved by the principal
- Open toe shoes with a strap across the heel are allowed
Students CANNOT wear clothing with:
- Language or images promoting violence
- Language or images that depict, promote, or advocate the illegal use or sale of drugs, alcohol or tobacco products; violent conduct; curse words; pornography; that contain threats or expressions which are violent, discriminatory, lewd or obscene; or that advocate or promote any other illegal item or activity or the use of same
- Derogatory speech and/or imagery that targets groups based on race/color, ethnicity/national origin, sex, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other characteristic protected by law.
- Headgear that obscures the face (except as a religious observance or health purpose); clothing items with hoods attached can be worn but must not cover the head
* Teachers/courses can require certain attire as part of the curriculum (for example: physical education, culinary) that may include specific dress
* DoWEA issued athletic uniforms and athletic practice attire outside of the DoWEA school dress code is permitted when worn by participants during athletic practices and sports events
