Pops in the Park Celebrates a Year of Music
NMHS bands and high school choir perform for a festival crowd at the third Pops in the Park concert
Congratulations to all of the NMHS bands and the high school choir on a successful third Pops in the Park concert on Tuesday, May 26. Students performed for a great festival crowd and showcased their growth from throughout the school year.
The concert featured a medley of movie theme songs performed outside, creating a fun and memorable way to celebrate the end of the music season. Congratulations to all of the student musicians and vocalists who helped make the event a success.
Special congratulations go to the students who earned music letters for selection to a DoWEA Europe honors music event: Michael R, Elena M, Hadassah C, Deliana F, Annie Q, and Nicole J.
Congratulations also to the winners of the NMHS Music Booster Senior Scholarship: Sophia B and Jake M.
NMHS also recognizes and celebrates all outgoing seniors in the music program: Jake M, Patrick R, Sophia B, Sara D, Mitchell D, Ethan S, Bridgette B, Tai N, Maggie S, Ella H, and Kaiden M.
