NJROTC Cadets Support NAVEUR Sailor of the Year Selection Board

Yesterday, cadets from the NMHS NJROTC program conducted a Sailor of the Year selection board for the 2026 NAVEUR Sailor of the Year candidates. During the event, cadets assumed the role of board members and posed a wide range of thoughtful, professional questions to the candidates.
Questions covered topics such as military knowledge, personal leadership experiences, educational goals, and life in the United States Navy. The board experience provided cadets a meaningful opportunity to practice professional communication and leadership while supporting this important selection process.
