Education Students Practice Teaching Through Peer Lessons
Students design lesson plans, teach classmates, and prepare for fourth quarter classroom implementation

Our education students are creating lesson plans and practicing teaching in their own class. So far, the class has experienced math, language arts, and art lessons designed for grade levels ranging from kindergarten to fourth grade.
Students have been providing feedback to each other and adjusting their lessons based on what they learn from practice teaching. These revised lessons will be implemented in their mentors' classrooms during the fourth quarter.
